Scott Marcum

The students of Lincoln Elementary are in good hands with Principal Scott Marcum at the helm.
He has been there for 4 years and loves watching the children return each year and grow up before his eyes. He enjoys all the hugs the little ones share. There are currently 400 students who attend Lincoln. They are celebrating their 100th year in the same building.
On his journey to become the principal Scott attended the University of Findlay to receive a degree in Education and he taught math for seven years at Glenwood. While teaching he continued his studies and received a Masters in Education Administration again at the U of F. He was assigned to be asst. principal at Donnell for 3 years prior to taking the position at Lincoln.
Scott is an avid Ohio sports fan following the Browns, Indians and THE Ohio State. He is married and has three children. He spends his free-time following his teams, working outside in his yard and with his family.
Though he has no specific role model he credits the staff of Glenwood while he was teaching and the current teachers of the district for giving him support and models to follow.
