Wayne Ford

Wayne Ford is on a life journey that has taken him from the “projects” to the other side of the world and back.
Born in Michigan he overcame a rough start in life, has two degrees, is pursuing his Doctorate and has led corporation relations in Paris and Japan. He has worked in social work, labor relations and now wants to be an inspirational speaker and author. Wayne earned a Bachelors degree at Green Valley State, a Masters at MSU (and is a avid Spartan) and is on his dissertation phase on his Ph.D. with Argosy University in Pastoral Communications.
Married to Judith for 30 years, they have two successful daughters and a grandson.
Wayne is a experienced orator and poet and would love to see some of his work published. He is married to an artist and wrote the following about one of her creations. “We all have a purpose for making the world a better place. When we were born, a higher power went to extreme measures to make us special, unlike any other of his creations.”
Wayne spends his time away from education working with Toastmasters as its vice president, reading and spending time with his grandson.
His motto is “Have the courage to face YOU.” He wants to help people believe in themselves.
Wayne’s role model was his mother who worked as a domestic, ten hours a day, and raised 7 children to gain knowledge and spent time individually each day with each child.
