Dianne Franks
Diane Franks oversees a crew of 20 individuals whose goal is to keep the elderly in their homes as long as possible.
She is the Branch Manager of Caretakers and they offer services such as personal healthcare service, baths, meals, transportation or even just companionship. It is her hope to keep her elderly clients as independent as possible for as long as possible. Her employees are very passionate about their work and come to Caretakers because they do care. They range in age from high school students to retired individuals. It is a Christian based company and serves approximately 60 seniors at this time.
Diane is from Findlay and graduated from Findlay High School. She has two boys ages 16 and 18. For her free time she likes to walk and jog at the reservoir and read.
Her motto is her company creed, “Care deeply, Work Faithfully and Live honorably.”
Her mom who was first generation Korean to the United States and raised two children as a widow is her idol. “With all the language barriers she had to do cleaning for others but had a great work ethic.”
