Dionne Neubauer

The face of the Findlay Hancock County Chamber of Commerce belongs to its Director Dionne Neubauer. She oversees an illustrious group of over 700 businesses and professionals that work together for the betterment of the community. She has been with the Chamber since 1992 where she started out as the receptionist. She has seen many changes over the years and has worn many “hats” as she worked her way up to Director. She loves the area and describes Findlay as a “preferred place to play, live and work. It is a very family oriented community welcoming to all ages.”

She is a bundle of volunteering energy serving on numerous boards and committees such as the University of Findlay Business Program, Handbags that Help and Flag City Rotary which she helped form.

When not running the heartbeat of the business world Dionne loves being the mom to Cassie, her daughter. The love is mutual as there is a sticker on her office wall from her daughter, “I love you with all my heart”. She also loves church, being in the hand-bell choir, walking, playing the piano and reading.

She gives much of the credit for who she is to her mother Sandy Franks. A great role model, she inspires Dionne and others, is sincere in all she says and does and is a great motivator. She is also a breast cancer survivor. Dionne also gives kudos to Pamela Beall and Lynn Child for being positive role models for her.

Dionne comes from a farming family and has several brothers and sisters from blended families. She is a graduate from both Stautzenberger College with an accounting degree and from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management.
