Roxanne Williams

If you are ever a patient at any of the Blanchard Valley Medical Center facilities be glad to know Roxanne Williams in on the job. She is the Director of Corporate Compliance and takes her job very seriously. She is charged with the responsibility to insure all procedures are performed and completed according to high standards set by Medicare/Medicaid, The Joint Commission and the Ohio Department of Health. “It is an ever changing environment and it is constantly improving the quality of care.”

Roxanne started her career as a nurse receiving her degree from Mercy. She went on to earn a Masters at Walden in Nursing. She has worked in dialysis, overseen the wound care facility and infusion therapy unit before taking over as the director of compliance. She loves rules and regulations and is in a prime position to see that other caregivers follow suit. She believes everyone should “Do it right.”

She is married to Jason and they have five children ages 21 to 1. They have been blessed to have three natural and adopted the last two. She is proud that her son and husband also work in the BVH system. She spends any free time she can find enjoying her family.

She is driven by the question, “How am I going to leave a positive impact on others.” This is what led her to adoption and her family has embraced the new little ones. The family is also guarded by five dogs and two cats, all rescued animals.
Her mother who was “an amazingly strong and intelligent woman” worked odd jobs to raise Roxanne and her three brothers.
