Chris Wetz

Chris Wetz is in her 16th year of teaching and her 9th at Lincoln Elementary. She teaches 4th grade. She calls her students, “my kids” and says “they have to know you care before you can begin to teach them.” She received her undergrad degree from Miami Univ. and her Masters from the U of F. She is married and in her free time she likes to read, camp, goes to movies and follows her three children in sports. Her third grade teacher Mrs. Koenigsknecht was her role model and she tries to follow her example when she teaches.
