David Wishart

David Wishart literally came to Findlay nearly a year ago in an ambulance. Days before his scheduled move to Findlay he was involved in an auto accident that broke his leg and hip. He wanted to heal near his new home and with help from his partner Chris so he was transferred from Toledo to Fox Run . He likes the small town feel of Findlay and that it has been very welcoming to him.
He is a contractor at a IT company in town in customer service and is the voice behind Middle Man Delivery Service.
Prior to his job in Findlay David was in the banking industry for nearly 25 years. He learned much on the job and was promoted up to a branch manager there. He studied Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Toledo.
He has been with his partner Chris for 12 years and they have two dogs named Annie and Skyler.
David believes “You should never underestimate your own strength, there is nothing you can’t recover from, even if you have to ask for help”
He likes to volunteer in his free time at the YMCA, Community Clean-up and Aids Resource Center among other organizations.
His role model is his father who was a very non-judgmental person. He was “my best friend, listened to me, helped me find answers and to give of self.”
