Maddy Oldenburg
Maddy Oldenburg has taken her desire to give back to her community and is now working at Cancer Patient Services as their Event Coordinator.
She is a graduate of the University of Findlay with a B.S. degree in Sport/Event Management. She also received an Associates degree in Western Equestrian where she was a 4 year varsity rider. She came us to from Mohawk Trail Region high school in western Massachusetts. She has grandparents in Cleveland. She plans to attend grad school after she has a little more life experience.
She wanted to pursue a degree that was in “a give back to society field of work.” At CPS she is contacting people for fundraising events and creating fundraising strategies for her non-profit organization.
Maddy has one older sister and leaves 3 dogs and 3 cats in Massachusetts. She loves to sing and act and was in several productions while at the U of F including “A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum”.
Her role model is her sister Hannah whom she idolizes. “She has great morals and values, sets a great example as a human being and brings the best of herself to every moment.
Maddy calls Findlay “a very supportive proud community which willing supports many non-profit organizations.”
