Russell Pugh

If you are at the Findlay Halloween parade tonight you will see Russell Pugh in his version of a Captain America costume leading the way. He was selected by the parade committee for being in the parade for the last ten years and for dressing up to the delight of his numerous nieces and nephews. He also has marched in the 4th of July parade the last two years.

A native Findlayite, and a graduate of Findlay High School Russell gets by working odd jobs. He is the proud owner of two Chihuahua pups, Sissie and Butter (shown in picture)

He loves playing pool, bowling and is a wizard at doing crossword puzzles. Christmas is his favorite holiday with Halloween a close second. He has fun at Halloween because there are usually 150 or more kids come to his house for candy.
