Maria Reza

Maria Reza is a native Findlayite who wandered in her early years but “was drawn back home to Findlay.”
After graduating from high school she attended BGSU and finished a degree in Interior Design and Entrepreneurship. From there she journeyed to the state north of us and worked in her field until she knew it was time to come home.

Today she is the Downtown Findlay Coordinator responsible for promoting the growth and revitalization of downtown Findlay. She was largely responsible for getting downtown Findlay being recognized as a “Ohio Main Street” community for it’s rebirth and vibrancy. She seeks to brand and promote foot traffic with downtown events such as a October Fest and a progressive dinner.

A cheerleader for Findlay, Maria describes her community as “Giving, Kind, Vibrant, Friendly and Changing!”
Maria is surrounded by a close family of her parents, a brother and three sisters. She shares her home with her two buddies, dogs Rose and Sunflower. When not promoting the area she spends her free time eating in new restaurants, cooking , baking, hiking and camping.
She lives by the saying, “You only live once so make it count!”
Her parents are her role models. “They taught me right from wrong, morals, values, to be a strong independent young lady and my work ethic and drive.”
